Sales managers participate in diverse activities including hiring, designing and implementing training programs, in-field coaching and development, motivating and compensating employees, and team building. Helps students develop knowledge and skills in these areas.
Prerequisites: BUS 623 or consent of instructor.
Grade Option: A-F only.
