Corrective work and improvement of basic techniques. Exercise sets and combinations designed to develop endurance, flexibility, muscle and nerve strength, meditation, and deep relaxation technique.
Prerequisites: KRS 170 or consent. Repeatable: Unlimited times, but credit earned 1 time only.
