- National Certification in Medical Lab Technician
- Recommendation of Department Admission Committee
- Second-degree students without MLT credentials, contact the Department Advisor for an alternate admission route.

Certification and Licensure
- Following completion of the Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, students must complete postbaccalaureate study (MEDT 591 ) to qualify for certification and licensure. Alternate path (work experience) is available for MLT. Contact Department advisor.

Notes: Students must take placement exams to be able to register for CHEM 161 and MATH 241 . Students must incorporate all focus requirements into this plan.
