  • Min. exit GPA: 2.5 GPA in the major
  • Min. Major Credits: 27 (39 with related requirements)
  • Min. C (not C-) grade in prerequisite courses to continue in the major

Requirements


At least half the credits required for the major must be taken at UH Mānoa.
Native and heritage speakers should see an advisor.
Recommended for all majors: study abroad (summer and/or semester).
Neither the core course nor the required course may be double dipped as an elective.
