Notes:

[1] There are six required graduate courses for the MA, namely REL 600 - REL 605. Each is offered once every two years. Thus, first-year graduate students will take whichever three are offered during their combined senior/graduate year and the remaining three in the following year.

[2] REL 688 - Plan B Research  and REL 700 - Thesis Research  are available on demand for students who have advanced to candidacy. Plan A students may take up to 6 units of REL 700 . Plan B students may take up to three units of REL 688 .
