PHYS 485 - Professional Ethics for Physicists

Credits: 1

Seminar on ethical principles and their application to physics, astronomy, and closely-related fields. Participants present and discuss current and historical examples of ethical issues. Emphasis on developing oral communication skills.

Prerequisites: PHYS 310 or ASTR 300 (or concurrent), or consent.
Grade Option: A-F only.
Major Restrictions: PHYS, ASTP, and ASTR majors only.
