NREM 477 - Geographic Information Systems for Resource Managers
Credits: 4
Combined lecture-lab on the basic concepts and principles of geographic information systems, remote sensing, and global positioning system. Practical skills to be developed by solving real natural resources and environmental problems.
Prerequisites: either NREM 203 (or concurrent) or NREM 310 (or concurrent), and NREM 301 (or concurrent) with a minimum grade of C-; or consent.
Frequency of Course (when offered): Once a year
