ME 404 - Computational Fluid Dynamics

Credits: 3

Basic computational fluid dynamics; four important partial differential equations; introduction to finite element method: Interpolation and Galerkin method; finite element method for transport phenomena; some algorithms for parallel computing.

Prerequisites: ME 422 (or concurrent ), and either ME 360 , MATH 407 or PHYS 305 ; or consent.
Grade Option: A-F only.
