ITM 321 - Project Management

Credits: 3

Covers project management techniques, including planning, PERT/CPM, forecasting, and risk analysis, emphasizing applications in IT projects. Written communication skills are developed through assignments and the creation of a project management plan.

Prerequisites: BUS 310 and BUS 311 .
