In-depth lecture, discussion, and student presentations on selected topics relating nutrition to the etiology and prevention of chronic diseases at the cellular and molecular level.

Prerequisites: (FSHN 485 and FSHN 486 ) with a minimum grade of C; statistics; or consent.
