BIOL 301 - Marine Ecology and Evolution

Ecological and evolutionary factors creating and maintaining patterns of biological diversity in major marine ecosystems. Emphasis on the biphasic life histories of many marine organisms. The development of quantitative skills and critical thinking.
Prerequisites: C (not C-) or better in BIOL 265 , BIOL 301L (or concurrent), and OCN 201 ; or consent.
Grade Option: A-F only.
Major Restrictions: MBIO majors only.
