MUS 259 - Introduction to Voice Function and Singing Styles Credits: 3
Students will study how the singing voice works in various styles, including classical, musical theater, jazz, choral, and pop/rock. Students will learn historical contexts, aural characteristics, and musical vocabulary through lecture, discussion, and listening.
