ICS 676 - Bioinformatics: Microarrays

Credits: 3

Introduction to the basic principles of biology relevant for microarray gene expression data and to Bioconductor. Collaborative open-source project to develop a modular general framework for the analysis of cDNA arrays and gene chips.

Prerequisites: ICS 311  or background in biology, or consent.
Grade Option: A-F only.
Frequency of Course (when offered): Once a year
