ICS 432 - Concurrent and High-Performance Programming

Credits: 3

Principles of concurrent and high performance programming. Multi-threading in C and Java for shared-memory programming. Distributed memory programming with Java. Introduction to cluster computing.

Prerequisites: (ICS 212  or ECE 205 ) and ICS 332  and (ICS 311  or ECE 367 ) and ICS 314 ; or consent.
Grade Option: A-F only.
Frequency of Course (when offered): Once a year.
