Presentation-discussion of selected research topics in the field of diet-cancer relationships including: nutritional epidemiology of cancer, diet and supplement intervention trials, and cellular/molecular effects of diet on cancer pathophysiology.

Prerequisites: FSHN 685  and FSHN 689 , or consent.
