ERTH 638 - Earth System Science and Global Change

Credits: 3

Global view of the planet and how it functions as an integrated unit. Biogeochemical processes, dynamics, and cycles, and analysis of natural and human-induced environmental change. Chemical history of ocean-atmospheric-sediment system and coevolution of the biota.

Prerequisites: BS in environmentally related science or one year of chemistry, physics, and calculus; or consent.
