ECE 624 - Microsensors and Microactuators I

Credits: 3

Technology methods and physical principles of microsensors and microactuators. Vacuum technology, thin film deposition and characterization techniques, solid mechanics, micromachining, acoustics, piezoelectricity and principles of current microtransducers.

Prerequisites: ECE 327 or consent.
