DH 389 - Pain Control and Local Anesthesia in Dentistry

Basic concepts of pain control and local anesthesia in dentistry with appropriate emphasis on psychological preparation, pharmacological preparation, and safe and effective administration of anesthesia in the practice of dental hygiene.

Prerequisites: DH 231 , DH 250 , and PHRM 203 .
Corequisites: DH 240 , DH 251 , and DH 366 .
