University Health Services Mānoa (UHSM) provides comprehensive, affordable medical care, telehealth, and health promotion programs to students, faculty, and staff Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with after-hours telephone consultations available. In addition to primary care medicine, a clinical lab, and an on-site pharmacy, UHSM offers specialized services in sports medicine, dermatology, psychiatry, nutritional counseling, and sexual and reproductive health. UHSM is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
Services are provided at a reasonable cost with most major insurance carriers accepted. The University also endorses a Student Health Insurance plan that is highly recommended for all students and mandatory for international students.

The Health Promotion Program provides health education resources and staff assistance with a wide range of health education materials for personal use and class presentations and papers. Resource center personnel are available to assist students, faculty, and staff.
The program features peer-led wellness presentations (Lōkahi Program) on topics like stress, sexual health, and body image, as well as dedicated alcohol and drug education through ADEP and the Mānoa Alcohol Project that includes free screening and prevention services.
